The history of this picture is very interesting. The idea of making it was born because I had a great number of beautiful stamps imaging horses. I decided to use them for a picture, to image a horse with stamps. Horse, horse, horse….. and finally Trojan horse! I designed every detail of the picture very thoroughly. The central piece should be the horse made of wood but the battleing soldiers, their weapons and also the Trojan Castle were to be imagined.
When picking the needed stamps I took the stamps with horses first but I could not fit them in any place. Thus the picture showing a horse int he centre was born withount a single stamp imagining a horse! Using the coloured stamps on the other hand I managed to show the flooding blood and also the burning fire after the battle.
