My mother's flower garden

My mother liked the flowers very much. Even in the age of 95 it was she who took care for the garden and kept it in order, my task was only the wood-cutting. When she was over with her task sat down on the veranda and took pleasure in the variegation. This picture was made for her. I needed only a great number of uniform flowery stamps but their arranging is the result of the artist’s phantasy. I planned each part thoroughly of course while the drawing to help gluing was the task of my husband.
