Christmas
It is always a great question before Christmas what would be presented to everyone. I used to make presents to my loved ones by myself already as early as in my childhood. Today it is the most natural that in case if I make a present by myself it should be made by stamps of course. I usually glue the stamps on board but his time I chose a different medium. To understand this one has to know that we are going through a major refurbishment at home during of which we through out the things we do not need any more. We looked through among others our collection of bakelite discs and what we did not use to listen to went to the disposal. Looking at this process I got an excellent idea meaning to use these discs for my picture in case if the were not crackable. My husband brought one piece in, I threw it onto the board and to my luck it did not crack. So I made four pictures to our children with the colours of the advent and with nice personal Christmas message in the middle made of English stamps. The final task was to make the pictures to be waterproof which I managed by using several layers of proofing on the surfaces.
