I like the colours of autumn very much but what the butterflies produce with their many, many colours are even more catching for me. My daughter Zsofi likes to sort stamps of course together with me. Last time we were on finding stamps with animals and the most we found were butterflies, one, one piece of course. These founding gave me the idea to make this picture. I wanted to make something unique, the butterflies in motion as if the were flying on the picture. How I achieved this should remain to be my secret, however. It is interesting in the same time that the number of the butterflies on the picture corresponds exactly to the number of my years. It is hard to believe it was not deliberate at all. In the middle of the picture there is a golden butterfly, the others fly around the golden one.
