This picture shows the metamorphosis of the elements of a stamp series. I have already made a picture using these stamps, this was the one titled Barbie Dreams. I have taken out again these stamps as I really like them and because they feature my favourites, birds and butterflies. I started to experiment with the scissors, what would happen if I cut the stamps in two along different lines, i.e. along the diagonal or along the fore-and-aft axial. I ordered the elements thus made listening to my inner voice, I glued them just to picture the many possible ways of metamorphosis.
