We started with flowers last week and finished with them as well, because the 21st European Horticulture and Art of Garden Show was just starting that time in the Karolyi Castle of Fehervarcsurgo near Szekesfehervar. The idea of making an exhibition in Fehervarcsurgo was raised by our stamp-collector friend Jozsef Fehervari from this nice town. He attended my Stefania Palace exhibition last fall and suggested us to organize a joint exhibition together with the Stamp Collectors’ Club of the City of Szekesfehervar in the Karolyi Castle where we were later invited by Angelica Karolyi, chief curator of the castle and organizer of the flower show.
You can see here Jozsef to whom the idea belongs, to and our very kind host. One person is missing however and he is my husband who accomplished this exhibition with very much work.

There were many visitors coming to see the exhibition. Most of the came for the flowers but they really did like the stamp pictures as well. The exhibition was a great experience for the visiting school groups too. We happened also to meet Ms Anita Herczegh, president of the curatorial Board of the Istvan Regoczi Foundation for Covid Orphans for whom the first guided tour was made by me.
Although the flower show was open for only three days the thematic exhibition of the stamp collectors from Szekesfehervar was open for two weeks together with my stamp picture exhibition these two days on this May week-end I had guided tours on both days for the visitors which was opened by the film presenting my art made by Peter Herczegh from the Ferenc Verseghy Library of Szolnok.
I took to the exhibition my newest picture, titled Obsessed by Butterflies as well! I was happy already in my childhood when I saw a butterfly or a dragon-fly in our garden but we were of course unhappy to get a single caterpillar appearing on the leaves of a fruiter.
Let me to present my three other pictures about butterflies just as proof of my special obsession in order of their time of preparation. The first one, titled Whisker Pole is an early work of mine from 2017, the second, the Praise of Butterflies was made in 2022 upon the ceiling pattern of a British museum also with using a piece of embroidery while the third is a very thrilling piece on which I succeeded in presenting butterflies while flying with the help of stamps.
Some of my friends hsd read the newspaper for the military pensioners, the HOKOSZ Chronicle, already in which ar article appeared on me thanks to my friend Nandi Gruber.

It appeared that the following two articles come after each other in the last issue:
45 years to the Hungarian space program – page 14
To paint with stamps? Yes! I can do it! - page 16
The photo illustrating the article about me was the one made in Rome in 2020 when I met the late Pope Francis. On my other side you can see my daughter Zsofi who brought her mandalas to the Pope, The article about the space program was preluded with the photos of two (!) Hungarian astronauts, Bertalan Farkas and Tibor Kapu! Thank you, Nandi!
